Celia Dean

Celia is a Chartered Accountant, qualified ATT and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).  Celia joined Whitelaw Wells in October 2016 and is a manager within our tax department and is based in our North Berwick office. She deals with a wide variety of taxation issues including income tax compliance/advisory, capital gains tax compliance /advisory, property tax, UK residency / overseas tax issues, Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Estates.

In her spare time she volunteers with Muirfield Riding Therapy and enjoys walking her dog along the stunning East Lothian coastline.
