Noel achieved ACCA qualification in 2003 and attained FCCA status in 2008.  She was awarded MBA (International Management) from Abertay University in 2006 .  Noel is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).

Before joining Whitelaw Wells in 2007, Noel trained with a firm of Chartered Accountants in Malaysia where she gained experience of a diverse range of clients including many manufacturing companies.  At Whitelaw Wells she was a manager in our Chinese department, managing a large portfolio of clients covering many sectors before becoming a partner in 2021.  She specialises in accounting and taxation for SME and large companies.  Noel speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Malay and works with both Chinese and English speaking clients.

Noel于2003年获得ACCA资格，并于2008年获得FCCA资格。她于2006年获得阿伯泰大学MBA（国际管理）学位。 Noel 也是苏格兰特许会计师协会 (ICAS) 的会员。

在 2007 年加入 Whitelaw Wells 之前，Noel 在马来西亚的一家特许会计师公司接受培训，在那里她获得了各种客户的经验包括许多制造企业。 

在 Whitelaw Wells，她曾担任 Whitelaw Wells 中文部门的经理，管理着涵盖多个行业的大量客户组合，然后于 2021 年成为合伙人。她专门从事中小企业和大型公司的会计和税务工作。

Noel 会讲普通话、粤语、闽南语和马来语，并与说中文和英语的客户合作。
